Cucumber salad to accompany other cooked meat dishes or baked potatoes in summer.
INGREDIENTS2x Large Cucumbers thinly sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white vinegar dill, pepper
Salt to taste
METHOD1. Mix sour cream & vinegar dressing
2. Add 1/2 tsp dried dill. Stir gently with thinly sliced cucumbers.
3. OR your can add 1/4 cup white wine vinegar with 2 tbsp oil.
4. Mix together & pour over thinly sliced cucumber
